Victorian Copper Lanterns

Our highly polished reproduction Victorian style lanterns are simply striking. These exterior lanterns are lacquered to help prevent tarnishing and are also available in polished brass finish on request. The lantern comes with a ‘wrought iron frog’ which is attached to the lantern to fit onto your lamp post. The lantern is galvanised and powder coated black. These outdoor lanterns may be used on lamp posts, wall mounted brackets, gate posts or patio pedestals.

Victorian Black Lanterns

Our range of black Victorian lanterns has been manufactured with price in mind without neglecting traditional styling and durability. Made using mild steel which is then zinc plated and powder coated, this lantern has all the styling of the copper version, at a lower cost. These lanterns may also be used on lap posts, wall mounted brackets, gate posts or patio pedestals.

Wrought Iron Frog

Traditionally the wrought iron frog was used to supply gas to the mantle as well as being used to fasten the exterior lantern to the lap post. It’s internal entry allows it to fasten securely to your lamp post or wall mounted bracket and it can easily be clamped to your post using its four bolts.

Victorian Lamp Posts

Our traditional, Victorian style lamp posts are made from cast iron with an industrial steel central tube, meaning that they can be cut to any height to suit your garden. These materials also have the advantage of being able to flex in high winds, just as modern commercial lamp posts do. Our garden lamp posts are easy to install thanks to their square plate base which can be bolted directly to the ground (although bolts are not included). The lamp posts are primed and powder coated black, although other colours and finishes are available.
